Privacy Policy
Our technologies are designed to educate, connect, remember and empower teams. This page outlines the privacy considerations associated with those experiences.
2. Information associated with our services
Depending on which product you use, information may include account and sign-in details; content you choose to submit; messages and social interactions; photographs, videos, audio and 3D tribute materials; school assignments and grades; team rosters, player statistics, coaching plans and game records; and location information you choose to enter for events or gigs. Not every product uses every category.
3. E.V.R.E VR™ — educational experiences
E.V.R.E VR™ supports virtual classrooms, curriculum materials, assignments, student forums and grading. These features may involve information about students, educators and school activities. Before use with students, the company and participating schools should establish who controls education records, permitted uses, access controls, retention, deletion and any required parent or school authorizations. The product website does not establish these terms.
4. aR LVD1™ — memorial experiences
aR LVD1™ features family-selected 3D avatars, candlelight experiences, music and up to three videos. Its published workflow describes scanning a QR code, using the camera, sending the code to Unity Cloud, matching a client ID and checking an image target through Vuforia Target Manager. Memorial content may be personally sensitive.
5. AartLink — entertainment networking
AartLink describes user profiles, posts, followers, likes, comments, messages, entertainment preferences, gig listings, photos and location-based gig discovery. It also describes email, Google, Facebook and Apple sign-in options. Information you post or share with other users may be visible to those users, depending on actual production.
6. Got Game — basketball team management
Got Game describes rosters, live statistics, game-day details, practice plans, play whiteboards, offline use and synchronization between devices. Its website says each coach has a separate team and that Team Share allows selected team collaboration.
7. How information may be used
Information associated with these features may be needed to provide requested services, display submitted content, maintain user accounts, synchronize data, support collaboration, respond to support inquiries, improve reliability and protect the services.
8. Service providers and sharing
The source pages reference Unity Cloud and Vuforia Target Manager for aR LVD1™ and third-party sign-in options for AartLink.
9. Children and educational information
Some offerings involve students or youth sports teams. Appropriate parental, guardian or school authorization, age-appropriate privacy protections and applicable legal requirements must be assessed for each product.
10. Data security and retention
We recognize the importance of protecting account, educational, memorial and team information.
11. Your choices and requests
Users may wish to request access to, correction of or deletion of their information, or ask about account and content visibility.
12. Cookies, analytics and device permissions
The websites and applications may use browser storage, cookies, analytics or device capabilities such as cameras and location, depending on implementation. The four product pages do not provide a complete inventory. A technical audit should identify each tool, its purpose and any available consent controls.
13. International use and updates
Applicable privacy requirements may vary based on where users live and which products they use. This policy may be updated as services or practices change. Any effective date should reflect the date the final verified policy is adopted.
