Child Safety Standards
AartLink is operated by Bailey II Studios, LLC. These are our published standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).
AartLink is a social app for adults 18 and over only.
Zero tolerance
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any content or conduct that sexually exploits, endangers, or targets children are strictly prohibited on AartLink — in profiles, posts, gigs, messages, and uploaded media of any kind.
Reporting in the app
Every user can report content and report or block other users from within the app (the Report and Block options in the app). Child safety reports are treated as our highest moderation priority.
What we do
Reported content is reviewed, and violations result in removal of the content and termination of the offending account. Where child sexual abuse material is identified, we report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and cooperate with law enforcement, as required by law.
Compliance
We comply with applicable child safety laws, including laws requiring the reporting of confirmed CSAM to the relevant authorities.
